BHS BAND PARENT ORGANIZATION

Help Wanted 1.          Chaperones for Home Football Games          Need 4 adults Ride the bus with students, help maintain order at the games, give students plumes before marching, collect once done performing, and return with them to BHS after game. 2.          Football Home Game Prop Volunteers          Need 8 adults Will need to help get props on the field for upcoming home football games, help with the half-time show, remove after half-time and load onto trailer. 3.          Phone Tree Organizer and Callers                    Need 4-5 people Need 1 person who Executive committee will call to look for volunteers.  Will setup a phone tree for additional 4 people to help make phone calls for events. 4.          Thanksgiving Day Parade Chaperones          Need 6-8 people Will chaperone trip to Chicago, march with students and return to BHS on Thanksgiving Day morning. 5.          Pasta & Pops Night Chairperson                    Need 2-3 people Will organize and run Pasta night before concert.  A packet of information regarding previous functions is available. 6.          Fill the House for the Mouse Volunteers          LOTS of adults Will assist co-chairpersons with running of this fundraiser.  .
